Only 26 and about to join his 5th team. Unfortunately, he is giving Duclair a run for his money in that department.

For the price, this is a high reward low risk move by Dorion. The Sens need help on the power play. Maybe with Galchenyuk on the right dot with his cannon, Dadonov on the left side moving the puck, Tkachuk in the slot, and Chabot at the point, Ottawa could have the making of pretty decent PP1.
Overall, this feels similar to the chance the Sens took on Duclair. However, once Duclair delivered a pretty decent season, then obviously the club and the player could not see eye to eye on a contract.

Chucky did not last long in Ottawa. Wow, on the move again.

Just turned 27 yesterday & on his 6th team already. This guy has had a 20 goal year, a 30 goal year & two 19 goal seasons. How did he fall off the cliff?

I'm confused by Shannon's tweet. I thought there was a 2 week quarantine.

How do they drive across the border? It's supposed to be essential goods and services driving across the border only... how are they essential services? Wtf?

And Carolina promptly put Chucky on waivers yesterday. How the mighty have fallen. Sad.

I'm confused by Shannon's tweet. I thought there was a 2 week quarantine. In Canada, not in the USA. Going from Canada to the USA is a breeze.

I wonder about the substance abuse story ....and if it's driving this constant change of scenery. It's not like GMs are going to make it public. Some may not even know there may be a problem. Or NOT.
Such a waste....

He is now a Leaf. Fun times continue. Yup, traded after waivers so he can go on their taxi squad. I find it to be a weird trade in that Galch isn't a replacement-type player: he needs top-6 ice time, otherwise he'll be a liability. Maybe the Leafs just wanted a high-skill player already in Canada ?

Kind of their version of Frolik: someone to sit on the taxi squad, who is a legit NHLer if need be, but they have no interest in his development, career, future or in playing him.
