Since it looks like the refs are calling everything on the Habs tonight, to save everyone's sanity and personal property (well whaddaya know Bonk SCOOORES!) the Bulldogs are on SportsNet East again against the Marlies.

Ferland and Chips with some good pressure at the end of the second period -- and a good oldfashioned whuppin' on Nash of the Marlies to end things.

Final Score was 5-3 with Chips getting his second of the third period into an empty net. Danis really solid facing 40 shots, including a total barrage in the first. He gave them a chance to win and they responded in the last two periods in taking the play to Toronto for the most part (I did sneak a lot of peeks during intermissions and breaks in the Habs game). Ferland with three points, Chips with two goals, Grabs with two points as does Ajay Baines. Nice to beat the Leafs in Hogtown in any form! stats.theahl.com/stats/game-summary.php?game_id=1002540 |
