I don't mind Burke, but I enjoy the 18 wheeler going off the cliff imagery as it pertains to the hopes of Leafs fans.
Maybe the moral of the story is that bubble teams should perhaps not trade first round picks at all, and certainly that caliber of team should not be dealing first rounders two months before the trade deadline.

This was a good interview, and I am interested to read his book based on some of his stories and insights. The most depressing revelation was how common it is that players (including Canadian ones) have all 7 Canadian teams on their no trade clauses.
