After playing three in three just before Christmas, the Dogs started a five in six nights run with a huge 3-2 win in Rochester. Someone fire that AHL schedule maker!! Good thing both goaltenders are playing really well, as they will be sharing that duty over the next five games for sure. Danis kept the boys in control on the scoresheet with a solid outing, helping the boys run up a 3-0 score after 40. The Amerks scored two in the third to make this a nail biter right down to the wire. A late penalty made it even more interesting, but the Dogs killed it off nicely to seal the big win. They are now only one point back of the Amerks for first in the Northern Division. This rivalry is a good one...not unlike what the Habs-Sabres is becoming. The Belarusian duo each had a point to continue their ways this season. Corey Locke with the game winner. The Dogs are playing great of late, with a 6-0-1 run in their last seven. Keep it going this week, boys! stats.theahl.com/stats/game-summary.php?game_id=1002645
