Musk is either the smartest man alive or the greatest troll alive.

As everyone knows by now, he's trying to buy twitter but what came out in the last few hours may actually destroy twitter if he doesn't buy it.

Then a shot in the head to the very core of Twitter....

This is so simple and so brilliant that if it goes to full fruition, will shake all the platforms to their very core.

Basically, he can keep trolling Twitter until he breaks them and simply buy it cheap. Or start a competitor and break them. Or just break them and smiles.


Just for the record....I was getting trolled on twitter and told him/her to F*** off. My account got suspended. In that account, also was following what was clearly "radical right wing" politician like Poilievre and Conservative Party. I have another account and told at least two dozen people to f*** off, but I'm following Democratic party, Liberals and NDP. Yet to be suspended. Isn't that amazing? Obviously pure coincidence. Yup. Nothing here. Except I opened a THIRD account and again, followed right wing politicians, used my favorite word ONCE and...you guessed it, suspended. Obviously the language police bot takes into account WHO you are following before suspending the account. NO bias. NOPE. NONE.

More trolling....and deadly to Twitter.

Then this....

What this sets up is that if the board refuses his offer, the stock will drop like a rock and then EVERYBODY who owns stock can launch the mother of all lawsuits. More then the value of twitter itself. Basically by the board refusing the offer, they are not acting in the best interest of the shareholder and the board is liable for losses. More then 20 billion....which will collapse twitter.

Imagine.....$30 value at lawsuit, offer $54.20, difference $24.20....lawsuit about $20 billion. The lawsuit itself collapses the value to maybe $20.

Musk has 80 million following on twitter. Twitter has about 325 million total but if Musk builds another platform and he lets Trump on it, he will destroy twitter. It's not who is going to follow him directly, but also the vast army of twitter leftist who life depends on getting on his new platform to attack anyone who dares get on that platform. Basically, he will strip twitter down to nothing...adn the value will be nothing.

If he does what I think he will do, that is make Titter V2 into a tictok and u-tube light platform as well as what it is now, that's not only going to what twitter is now, but TickToc AND Utube AND Fakebook. One stop paltform for online access.

That will also give him direct control of the news content (which is the reason I joined twitter to begin with).

For someone who laughed at all those people on twitter....I'm on twitter.

The main reason I got on was that it's the fastest way of getting news....if you are following the right people.

When Moskva was in the process of becoming a submarine, there was real time info on it's signaling that it was sinking, which wasn't "news" until half a day later in the legacy media.

The downside of course is that there is no way to hold a conversation beyond one liners.

Then there is the great big "block" button with the ability to block 125,000 users. I'm working diligently on it.

Now that Musk has got hold of it, the entertainment value has also skyrocketed. So many people are sooo worried that life on earth is about to end. I guess they don't know how to use the "delete account" button.
