Now that the younger Kots is part of the org.,maybe the pop gun offense of the Bulldogs will get a boost. HFTO

ouf...
I was really afraid this guy would slip through our fingers and he's the only Russian prospect I'm somewhat interested in.
Good save Bob.

Although SK has yet to play even in the AHL, he so far has said all the right things and seems to be hungry when he plays. For our sake let hope if he can be a productive player that comes out every night it may just motivate his older brother to keep improving and learning to show up for every gme as well.Time will tell I guess. I was happy to see the by-line near the end of SportsCentre. One less worry. Now hopefully Markov will promptly sign.

According to the Knights assitant coach SK is ready for the NHL. Gagner said that Kostytsin is fast, strong, delivers solid hits, has a booming shot which he can use from the blue line and has been used to kill penalties too. He obviously is used to NA hockey and NA size rink and can communicate well in English. Teammates Sam Gagner and Patrick Kane also had good words for Kots, outlining his great talent and character. Sounds good. www.cyberpresse.ca/article/20070531/CPSPORTS01/705310960/1006/CPSPORTS01

At 20, he is a little older than the typical junior so he may be ready to make the jump.
