Just got back from the game. That place was electric. Too bad, though, there were still a LOT of empty seats.
Yo, if you guys can, GET OUT TO THE GAMES! Game 4 is Wednesday and Game 5 is Thursday. Last games in Hamilton this year.

Dogs were pretty undisciplined in the first - gave up 7 pp's (two 5 on 3's). Price held the fort for them with Hershey out shooting Hamilton 18-6 (score tied 1-1 after 1) and then the Dogs rolled in the second, outshooting Hershey 17-6 and scoring 4 unanswered goals.
The scrum at the end of the game was unnecessary, especially Stortini's spear. The guy plays hard and tight all game and then pulls a dumb ass stunt like that. The Dogs gotta learn to just skate away from that crap and pick their spots. Hershey is just trying to get them off their game for Wednesday.
Gotta like Lappy, tho. He's really getting under the Bears' skin (hey, did I just make a funny? - Bearskin? ;D).
On to Wednesday. Man I'd love to see them win that one. What an atmosphere there'd be Thursday night in Steeltown then!

Can't go Weds but am hoping to see them Thurs. Price does make things look easy, though he has let in a few softies five hole.He may not start the season in Montreal but he may finish it.I I'm still thinking it's best not to rush him but he does look good. The Dogs really played with fire today taking all those penalties but they capitalized on their speed and broke the game open in the second.Lever has them working like Dogs whom ever comers up will be scholled on defensive play thats for sure. Chips is going to right their in training camp pushing for a job. Dis O'Byrne was pretty good tonight scoring a nice goal by jumping into the play and layed out a monsterous check along the boards. If he ever makes it to Montrteal he and Komi are going to be darn right scary, with those two there will be some serious highlight checks. Go Dogs HFTO

Go Dogs HFTO I was sitting just 3 rows up from the ice when O'Byrne laid the hit on that guy. It was fantastic to see the collision up that close. Celebrity watch: - Saw Paul Maurice going into the game - doing some scouting? - Sat one row up from the Canadian Tire guy - remember those annoying commercials?
