1993 game winning puck

On the sportsnet broadcast of the Habs Flames game, during the intermission, the panel we talking about the 93 cup win and the said Kirk Muller scored a goal in the 2nd period. The game went on and later in the period the put was put over the glass. That puck turned out to be the game winning puck because there were no other goals scored and the Habs won the cup. The interesting part is that when the puck went over the glass it was caught by a guy from Kingston who would regularly go to Habs games. He was and is a good friend of Kirk Muller. He gave Muller the puck... it was destiny

This is quite the story and while mine isn't nearly as cool i do have a 93 cup story that happened in 2005 ... I went to the Ricoh center in TO to watch the rookie tourney in early September with my Daughter, at the time Carbo, Muller, and Gainey were there and i happened to be wearing my 93 championship hat, keeping the story short both Muller and Carb signed it Muller's comment as he pulled out his sharpie, "we need to get this updated." he failed at the efforts but that will go down as one of the top 5 hab memories i have. Took me most of the game to reel in my excitement so much so that my 5 year old had to ask if i was ok.
