One positive note. We are definitely proving to be one of the worst 5 teams in the league. May not catch Chicago but we are certainly just as bad. Onwards and downwards

Glad it wasn't a 3 point game. After the game I was surfing and came across the Sharks Flyers game with 2 minutes to go and Sharks up by one. Figured I'd watch hoping Flyers would tie it up and make it a 3 point game. Sure enough Flyers pulled their goalie and tied it. Watched until the end of regulation time, then changed the channel as got all I needed. Attachments:

Someone needs to call Search and Rescue to find Nick Suzuki. He has been invisible for 5 games now, and a big reason why the PP has sucked Yeah. Don’t know what’s going on with him. Injured? He’s been bad lately, as in real bad. I hear you. And Cole ain't much better. It's one thing not to get any points but he actually looks disinterested - definitely cause for concern. And as one would expect, if Cole and Suze aren't on, there is nothing else up front so the results are predictable. Not all bad; Yotes and Flyers are only 2 points behind Habs. Bottom five is very real. I'm starting to feel like last season and that things will get pretty dark as we proceed.

Onwards and downwards Yeah, but the worrisome part is how we are losing. Poor coaching decisions, and really bad passing. You'd think they'd both have learned by now. The fact they haven't, makes me wonder if they ever will. The honeymoon is coming to an end with MSL

And the special teams are still abysmal. You would think by now a competent coaching staff would have done something to at least improve one or the other a tick or two. Both are just momentum killers night after night. The Anderson PP goal and Xhekaj goal seconds after another one expired were some straws to grab though. Can they keep it up?
As to the opponents, I really don’t think a healthy Florida stays this “low” down in the standings the second half. Dreams of two top ten picks are likely just dreams for now. I see that Florida team moving up a few notches in the standings and being a bit more competitive if healthy. I hope not, but there are some other pretty “meh” teams around and ahead of them.
Then again, everyone would likely look like playoff or Cup contenders playing against the Habs right now. They are in a total funk as a team.

The honeymoon is coming to an end with MSL I said it before and I'll say it again... when half of the forwards produce ZERO offence, this is what happens... Scotty Bowman couldn't get production from Hoffman, Dadanov, Drouin, Pezzetta, Evans, Dvorak... the biggest issue is not having Monahan, this team has sucked since he went down.

Good to see Fla lose to Canes. I was worried they were set to turn it around after the 7-2 kicking of Habs. But turns out Habs just made Fla look good. The goal is two top 10 picks and hopefully one of them is top 5.
