I had that very 'deck' when I was a kid. Got them at the Forum. As I recall you could buy them separately or by the pack. Sadly, don't know where they are now. Probably in the same place as the green dollar bill I had autographed by Bobby Orr, Phil Esposito and Ken Hodge in red ink. The latter would have been worth a lot now given the dollar bill is no longer in print. That dollar bill would have been a great souvenir with those signatures ... first saw those black and white postcards at a dépanneur not far from the Forum back in the 70s ... they also had the team postcards, as well, but I was still in high school and couldn't afford them ... nowadays, you can get vintage postcards at collectables shows, and collectable shops (seems to be fewer and fewer of these) ... found a lot of vintage stuff at flea markets, as well ... as for the cards, it depends on the condition of the cards, but common cards are fairly reasonable in price ... took a look for what they might look like today, so I went to the website ... I didn't see any postcards for sale, but they have team sets issued by Parkhurst ... they want $8.99 for the set, but it's also important to know what you're buying ... this set isn't worth all that much to a collector, but at the same time, it makes for a reasonably-priced souvenir for a young fan ... not sure if this is the entire set (below) and I didn't see them on the website ... I've passed by a couple of hockey memorabilia booths at a vendors' market in southeast Brantford. I'm going to take a closerlook for some postcards on my next visit. Thanks again for that info!

Wow, Haley's Comet.
Joking aside, I am happy for the big Finn. That line with Evans, Dadonov, and Armia played well tonight. And once again, a Xhekaj wrister is causing chaos for the goalie.

14 shots 52 minutes in. Not piling on...just...yeesh! ... you wouldn't be piling it on, CH ... the Rangers came out in the 3rd playing rope-a-dope, and it would have been nice to see them eat it, but our team just isn't good enough ... for now ... Cheers.

If you think of it, let me know what you find ... prices for most items are online ... for decades, we used to venture to the Pickering Flea Markets about twice a year (excellent food court, by the way) ... there were two collectables vendors I'd visit while there, but the markets are closed now ... heard they were relocating to another market on the north side of the 401 ... oh, yeah, there was a game tonight ... they picked it up in the 3rd, but the Rangers got the lead and they knew how to protect it ... yeah, the Habs hit a few posts but, at the same time, Jake Allen had to make a few big saves ... it's turning into a pretty tough season, but I dare say it's necessary ... didn't think they'd do as bad as they did on that road trip ... Oye ...

I will let you know what I find for sure. I was there the other day looking at a piece of furniture in another booth....and my eye caught the April 2, 1973 Sports Illustrated featuring captain Henri Richard on the cover. No doubt commonplace.

Well at least Allen didn't let in the 1st shot Edit: but he is letting in all the others The team should start calling Allen “Street Clothes”, because they are down 1-0 before he is out of his street clothes

For sure, Allen and the boys have generally been slow starters for much of this season. Of course, that does not explain last night. The second period was deadly. Kreider is good on breakaways in general and he has scored a bunch of them on shorties in his career. I did not like the second goal. Allen has got to track that shot even if he could not see it come off the shooter's stick. There was basically nothing Allen could do on the third goal, deflection off Suzuki.
Montreal is in freefall right now and the schedule for most of January is daunting. Obviously the coaches have to try to get the players believing again, easier said than done.
