Wasn't only unlucky. It was ugly and it was unworthy. The 3Us.

What kills me is that of all the teams in the league the Habs had numerous legit retro jerseys to use going back a century and teach the young's about the glorious past; as in retro. But some expo fan must have been around the table and the folks forgot who they worked for. Habs PR is usually pretty good. But this was an absolute bust. So was the Royal Bank decision. Maybe they're not so good. Altho the retros helped obscure the Royal Bank logo.

There are probably many fans that dont realize there were 2 teams in the city at one time.

Lost seven of eight games wearing them, no? It is a marketing ploy, nothing more, nothing less. But there are only 40 home dates each season, so sullying 20 percent of those is really quite excessive.

For me straying outside the club's actual colour palette is not the way to go. I simply would not do it. But if you do, the dark blues last season and the powder blue this season just look visually messy because the league/club does not even bother to spend the cash to outfit the team with alt pants and helmets in order to at least create an actual uniform.

That was my idea! I have no idea on how they could get the right to wear it though.
