I sure hope Guhle is healthy enough. He is an absolute key to the future.

I know the Rangers have not been on fire since acquiring Kane, but man the Habs' lineup is just so weak. When you are running Drouin-Pitlick-Tierney as your 2-3-4 centres, any half way decent opponent would have to be incredibly negligent to lose the game.

1-1. Guhle with an assist from Gurianov and my favourite whipping boy...Rem Pitlick. Lafreniere ties it up on a PP. He's got 14 goals.

Laffy has 6 goals in the last 10 games... that means in the 1st 53 games he had 8 goals... in his 1st 3 years it doesn't look like he'll break 20 goals... they better hope he's a late bloomer

Anderson with a shortie (All those incredibly dumb GM's who didn't trade for this guy) followed by PKane with a PP on the same penalty. Tied up again.

The boys have out-hustled and out-played the Rangers 5v5. I can sympathize with St. Louis and his staff with the injuries and revolving door of players, but how can the most penalized team in the league keep taking so many penalties? Richard and Pitlick are basically AHLers for various reasons, unfortunately one of them is lack of hockey smarts. New York has two absolutely stacked power play units and then guys like Richard and Pitlick take dumb penalties...

Not impressed with the Laval Canadiens adding points this time of year. It's not like the majority of these guys are part of our future..

Thanks Rem, to not be a goal scorer. Good chance, created by Gurianov. It may take time, but MSL could get through to him and make him a player.

Not impressed with the Laval Canadiens adding points this time of year. It's not like the majority of these guys are part of our future.. Yeah. They're impressing because of their uber hustle, and the other teams are simply not taking them seriously, so they're being productive in a short sample. None of them are especially young (like 20 years old) so are not likely A prospects. Course, that was probably said about Marty too before he broke out. Marty was 25 before he cemented himself with the Lightning in 2000/01. But he was always a more than ppg scorer everywhere else he went in the NCAA and Minors. Guys who aren't at that level and, like Belzile, are 31 years old are flashes in the pan at the NHL level and aren't going to be on the team next year.

Ylonen has some smarts and some good moved I think he'll still be on the team in 3 years time, as a regular. He's got speed and good IQ.

Need to stop getting points.

1) Is it just me or does anyone else feel so good when Belzile scores - and a beauty. His interview was great. Seems like a decent guy - of course he's living the dream after a long time of dreaming.
2) Gotta thank Marty for putting Drouin and Hoff on the same line. Allows me to get all the frustration and misery over in one shift.
3) I don't understand how this line-up can compete with any NHL team let alone contenders. In fact I would suggest that a line-up of our injured players would easily beat the current line-up.
4) Kane is a shadow of his former self.
