Drury is going to get raked over the coals if the Rangers lose in the first round to the Devils. Given that New Jersey is banking on Vanacek in net, I believe that is an unlikely outcome. But if Shesterkin plays like he did last night in the Bell Centre then one never knows.

And Vanacek didnt exactly cover himself in glory against Toronto on Tuesday. He allowed 3 goals on 6 shots in the 4rd as the Leafs came back to win late.

There are a good number of excellent Russian goalies today (like the Finns a few years ago), but outside of Vasilevsky, have any of them performed well in the playoffs? This is not a viewpoint, but a real question. I'm just curious and too lazy to check it out.
