Matheson was so selfish there .... he goes for the wrap with 3 Oilers down low instead of popping it out to Caufield for a shot
Good hustle to recover , but then go back into the O zone and gets a highstick penalty. You are a defenseman first and foremost

Too bad for Montembeault, he was great. At least the boys played fast, spirited hockey tonight. This lineup is just not going to generate enough to win games. The week ahead looks daunting. Colorado comes to town, then on the road for Devils, Senators, and Bruins.
Where is Jake Allen? Do they not want to showcase him?

Nice effort by Les Boys. They deserved better.
suze had a great game., Slafs with a number of amazing set ups on the PP but no one can score.
Roy does not look ready for the Show. seemed very tentaive in the first period, a little less so later but seemed slow and oversized. Hope I'm wrong.
Monty showing he can be a legit #1.
