A coach can not coach a pack mentality, he can only foster or ruin it.
He can also punish those who don't serve much more.
If Condotta and Pezz doesn't play their role then there is no future for them on the NHL or AHL team. Same for Tuch, Little X, etc.
We now have one of the biggest teams in the NHL and will only get bigger when Tuch, Thorpe, Little X and Hage come in. Probably biggest team by 2026 season.
