Here's an article from hockey forecaster on the guy that we missed, Jiri Hudler. All I can say is that Linhart had better be good, I really wanted Hudler
Top Player: Jiri Hudler, C, HC Vsetin Drafted: 58th overall by Detroit in 2002 2002-03 stats with Vsetin: 30 GP, 19-27-46, 22 PIM The 19-year-old center is currently the third-leading scorer in the highest league in the Czech Republic, which speaks volumes of his vast offensive talent. Hudler was a potential first-round pick last summer that slipped all the way to the bottom of Round 2. The Red Wings are ecstatic that he did. It won't be long before Hudler and Igor Grigorenko add to Detroit's arsenal.

I'll trust Andre on this one, it was more of a gamble to take Linhart. For me it is a personal issue, you see a couple of my best friends are Wings fan. We always watch the draft together, I'll never forget 1998, I had targeted Fischer for the Habs, we took Chouinard, they got Fischer, the rest is history. Oh the pain. Now I am ducking Hudler bullets ;D
