QMJHL Defencmen found Dead

Found this in the local paper
Local hockey player Jeff smith was found dead in his hometown of Milford on Sunday morning after injuring himself in a undisclosed accident. The 19-year-old defencmen had just completed a succesful season with the Hull Olympiques of the QMJHL in which helped them advance to the Memorial cup final.

I just read in the local paper, Jeff died when he fell from a roof of a school, working i suspect.
