Kovalev scores the winner and it's the goal of the tournament so far. Completely undresses the last man back (was it Amonte?), gets Esche to commit, then absolutely roofs it.
As in the Canada game, Tkachuk and Guerin dirty it up when they can't keep up.
Russians full value for that win and their goalie looked very strong.
Brett Hull and several other U.S. players didn't bother to stick around for the post-game MVP announcements, shaking hands, etc.

Nothing worse than a poor sport.
