This deal depends on Rechhi waving his no trade clause. It's probably a formality at this point.

Recchi waived his no-trade clause. He can be picked up by Carolina next season for about $2.2 or can decide to stay and play for them for $750K.
Will he walk away at the end of the season and go back to Pittsburg, finishing up his career there?
