Hey, guys. Sorry, I don't have a source for this in writing, but on TheScore, they had a rumour posted that a deal between Ottawa and San Jose could happen. The deal would be:
To OTT
Vesa Toskala
To SJ
Martin Havlat

The deal would be: To OTT Vesa Toskala To SJ Martin Havlat Bah. That's old news in Ottawa. Havlat says he is going to play out the year and see what he can get as a UFA; that may scare SJ off. As well, Toskala is the cheaper of the two so SJ may want to dump salary and keep him. |

If this deal goes through, then San Jose might have the best collection of offensive forwards in the NHL.
