BRUTAL 3RD PERIOD!!!!!!!!! I have never seen a team get dominated so bad in 1 period!!!!!!! They simply left Theodore all alone. It's like they thought the game was over at 40 minutes. Damn.

Pathetic third, 5 man penalty kill in full effect.

Really missed Markov. Really missed Juneau.
I actually thought just after the tying goal was scored it would have been a good time for a time out. They were getting swarmed. And yet Therrien just kept sending Ribeiro's line out and Audette instead of Kilger. You let them settle down. Take a blow for 30 seconds. Remind everybody how important this point is. They've come too far, etc, etc,. Then go with Kilger/Koivu/Zed, Lindsay/Bulis/Dackell and Gilmour/Perreault/Mckay the rest of the way. But to just let the swarming continue was bad coaching. You have a timeout. Use it.

And if this wasn't bad enough
Bruins win
Leafs will win
Sens tied
Pens won
Rangers tied

Where the frick was Kilger? Where? I didn't see him. Was he being benched? For what? Playing too consistently?
Once again, Chow and Audette and MT's clearly got his favorite. Chow did more with less again tonight, but I'm not surprised.

Chow had a brutal 3rd period defensively. Couldn't get the puck out.
Man I am pissed off! argh now we have to wait until Friday to see if this was just a fluke or the start of bad streak.

Sure he was Marc, but I didn't see much of the team doing well in their own zone. Something like 19 shots against in the third.

Wonderfull effort tonight! 11 shots on goal after 56 minutes of play. Beautiful puck turnover system in effect for 2 periods. (firing the puck off the glass) Nice effort by MT to rebuild Hainsey's confidence that he himself destroyed earlier this season. It's unfortunate that MT doesn't use that same system on Dykhuis and Traverse. Altho he is doing a dandy job with Kilger. It's incredible the amount of respect, authority and control MT has over this team...I think that a Vachon cake would have better results. Brutal! Brutal! Brutal! I feel sick...and it's not the eggnog.

Has to be the worst I've seen the Habs play in a long time. I mean it was exciting being at the game..but very boring 2nd period which was fine, and probably the worst hockey Ive seen in the 3rd. Jose was great IMO, he did all he could until he couldnt take anymore. There D played allright, but pretty pathetic, first goal was bs...crashing the net, and I think the 2nd gls was tipped, whatever the case, Jose didnt have a chance. I cant stand this crap of sitting on a 1 GOAL lead...this is the NHL, you can't do that! MT DIE!!!!!! I dont even wanna rant about how half of the HAbs played like crap, I mean we had 11 shots for the longest time...from like halfway in the 2nd to the end of the 3rd we were stuck on 11 shots. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!?!? ANyway, I'm very dissapointed in teh Habs, we were playing graet as of late, and then something like this. Did anybody see Karl or Hainsey, both played like utter crap IMO...the 2 worst out there...Hainsey at least hasnt played in a while....AAHHHHHHHHHH whatever....BAD BAD LOSS....Hopefully will be ready for our next game...

I agree with the idea of taking a timeout, MT did the same thing in the playoff last year just like if he thought it was not worth it after NYI scored there goal (even I would have been tempted to use a to before the NYI first goal).
Hainsey was not that bad IMO, and if you loose 2-1 and there is a minute left in the game would't you try to use Hainsey instead of Dykhuis. Traverse has been handling is own pretty well lately and he seems to have good passing skills even if he makes occasional mistakes but Dykhuis is absolutly brutal and to see him be responsible of the first goal but yet be sent on the ice with less then a minute to go instead of Hainsey is pure garbage to me.
On another note.... There are rumours that team might be interrested in Audette so I hope that MTL trades him even if the return is a slush puppy! At least it will prevent MT to boot Kilger off the first line in favour of Audette.

TIMEOUT! Therrien doesn't even know what that is! nothing wrong with even taking one well before the 1st goal you could feel the tide turning. As far as using his personel what more does AS have to see this guy is a ................... Wasted 2 points! HFTO

Is there any doubt MT doesn't give a damn about youngsters?
He would rather play crappy veterans instead..veterans who make HUGE mistakes as well
You just watch, once Markov is back(hopefully against Ottawa), Hainsey won't be playing and Dykhuis will. Show some balls MT!!!

Well on the positive side, if Audette is being showcased, he made a nice pass to Ribs on the PP. And what a shot by Ribs, no goalie would have saved that one, top corner all the way.
But the 3rd period was horrid, ouch. Now we got to play the Sens who are the best in the east. I hope Hackett plays along with Markov and Juneau.
