Yeah, do you remember the name of the line he was on with Koivu and Petrov? The SMURF LINE. I really don't think the habs need another smurf.

no need to ... we still need Defense. Brisebois is not that bad ... he is an air-head at times ... but not a terrible hockey player. I can learn to forgive. I wish I shared your sentiment, but I don't. Brisebois makes horrible mistakes on a regular basis, and is not a "team" guy. I feel about him like I did about Therrien, which wasn't, uh, warm and fuzzy. If we can get a bag of pucks, snap 'em up. As for Val, no thanks. Got plenty of forwards of his calibre already. |

Toms is NOT a tough guy. He has a nose for the net but isn't the best in his own zone and is a big softy. People expect him to use his size more but thats just not his game.
