Its about time Mt went with one of our suggestions,yesterday we thought Berezin should have been benched instead of Bulis and tonight Voila! the boys must have got too much sun not their best of games hopefully berezin will come out with a little fire when he comes back.I hope he does but honestly don't think he will be around next season.

He also went with 3 forwards(Petrov, Gilmour, Zednik and Brisebois back on D) for most of the OT or with Bulis, Perreault, Markov, Rivet for the other part.Markov is basically considered a forward when you ask him to go for it in OT ;D

The best overtime we've had this year. They went for the win and almost got it. Shots on goal 7-2 in favour of us. However, they could afford to go after the extra point seeing how it was the "Bolts-juggernault"  they were playing in overtime. Had it been Colorado or Detroit, MT would have been more cautious. The utilisation of Quintal is a joke.Therrien plays him like he was a top 4 d-man.He isn't...he is barely a 5th and probably a 6th. And what is even worse is that Ron Fournier on his show basically cuts callers when they blame Quintal for his terrible defensive zone play, saying he has 'heart' and few Habs have some... Amazing how some French speaking players get all the breaks.No way in hell does Markov play the minutes Quintal does if he knocked in a goal into our net ONCE...Quintal did it TWICE in a week! Markov would have probably been scratched for 10 games in arrow if he would have done that.And why does Traverse keep playing after the COUNTLESS goofs he has made... |
