Hey! We won! 2 more points, and it was 2 points I don't think many people gave us a chance at getting. Where are we now? 14 out of the 16 points we wanted to get in HabsAddict's "Scary 16?" In the playoffs, two points out of 7th?

Yeah, it sucks that Hackett went down, but what are you going to do, eh? There are worse things in life than playing Jose Theodore every game. I checked the schedule, and there are only two more occasions when the Habs play on back-to-back nights; this weekend against Buffalo and Toronto, and in early April, when we play Columbus and Ottawa. Hopefully by then we will have clinched a playoff spot!  ;D

It was a big win by the Habs last night, even if they didn't deserve it. They don't ask how, they ask how many, right?

We have two big, four point games coming up against the Sabres and Rangers, we face a Cory Schwab led Leafs team (hopefully anyways!) and a tough test against the re-surgent Dallas Stars. We need two points to reach our stated goal, but it would be real nice if we could come out with 3 or 4. Lets hope the boys don't get too down on themselves about losing Hackett to injury, and come out flying this weekend.

For the past few days I have locked myself in my secret closet. That iswhere I keep my St. Savard dolls and icons. It use to be where I hid the porno mags, remember them? Before the internet? Anywho, I digress.

Where was I, oh yeah, the reason for my sacrifice was to conjure up the Hab’s ghosts in  hope that they would help us get into the playoffs. That and the hope that the spirits would get into The Simple Man’s brain and fix a few connections(does he have connection or is it a jely donut filling?)

Well, I think that they did fix a few cells in TSM’s head, after all, he did sit out a few spuds, but they need to fix his Boullion Cube obsession though. As for the injury, I am trying to weed out which freaken ghost is responsible for this and buy him a Leaf sweater............ ;D

Now, if can excuse me, I heading for a shower, this incense  doesn’t carry the same "euphoria" that it did in the sixties. Could it be the absence of cannabis………. .......

P.S. What this BC, are you buying some of my St. Savard vodoo dolls? Let me know because if the Hab’s make the playoffs, after all this, I need to bring them in by the container load. ;D

The Habs make the scary 16...but still for some reason don't make the playoffs...what do we do with HA for getting our hopes up???

IMO Hackett probably wasn't getting dealt anyway.  I think the return would have been closer to Dingman than Willis. And I have seen Dingman play! Its not pretty.  We might as well keep the guy and let him go in the summer than to ditch him for another Traverse.
