i'm in a heated argument with a buddy of mine over here in vancouver. I told him last night that i thought theodore deserved to be on team canada. He told me he didn't see much difference between theodore and cloutier.
This morning i emailed him the goaltending stats in which theodore is in the top 5 of all three categories. His reply was that the canucks play a much more wide open game than the habs or any other team with a goalie with good stats.
I believe that cloutier is a good young goalie, don't get me wrong, but he ain't no theodore.
So where can i find the statistics that tell me the average number of shots each team faces so far this season. Please don't tell me nhl.com as i couldn't find it there. Is it anywhere???
I believe that the habs are at the top of the league in most shots against per game, but i need the stats to back up my arguments.
Thanks,
Shaneinvan aka habaroni and cheese.

Oh la la,I want some of the stuff they are smoking over in BC ;D
Sure, the Nucks play a more wide open style and sure Cloutier has been injured recently and he hasn't been able to improve his numbers because of that injury ,but still there is no doubt about it,Theodore is a better goalie than Dan.

thanks ryan. as it turns out he has a buddy that works for the AP and asked him via email what he thinks. his journalist friend said that if theodore keeps playing the way he is and the habs make the playoffs he's a vezina shoe in and possible hart trophy winner to HFTO, saying someone is "the man" holds no water in an argument. sorry.
