I never see the games, and I don't regularly check the complete game log which includes # shifts, ES ice time, PP ice time, PK ice time, etc. but I did today and it reveals some interesting info:
Joe Juneau is clearly our most versatile player. He logged over 23 minutes of total ice time, and surprisingly, the most PP ice time as well.... No surprise, Doug Gilmour is a major part of this team as he was 2nd in minutes behind Juneau with 19:39 of ice time.... Is Stephane Robidas REALLY our best defenseman? It would seem he is with over 23 minutes per game... This stat I found interesting: The Kilger-Van Allen-Odjick line averaged about 8 minutes, but they were only on the ice for 1 faceoff the entire game.
Anyway, I'm sure you addicts devour this stuff after every game, but as someone who follows the team in the dark it's a great way to see how involved everyone is. BTW, I checked this info on ESPN.com.
