Was anyone else impressed with the way Bulis played the wing last night? I think he looked excellent. Very quick release and heavy shot. Size and decent speed. He should move up the chart quickly.

Yes. I'm very satisfied with his progression. AND...I'm inclined to believe that his goal (last night) was not a fluke. Upon viewing it several times, I've come to the conclusion that his supposed "errant" pass that went in off of Brodeur was in fact intentional. If you look at the timing of the play, you'll see that since he had a d-man (can't recall who) draped all over him, there was no way he could have held the puck any longer to complete a pass to his incoming linemate (Dackell?) in the slot...it would have been off by half a second. He did the next best by attempting the "bank it in off of the goalie's stick" play....and it worked. If the tender isn't sharp and is unsuspecting....it's a play that sometimes works. Last night...for Bulis...it worked.
Yep...he's a player on the rise.

The way he was flying up and down the wing and crashing he looked like a power forward in the making??
What a rocket he got away over Daneyko's feet in the 3rd? Very quick release.
I think him and Zednick on Koivu's wings could be very very dangerous

He was awesome last night,he really was.Best Habs forward last night IMO.
By the way,I think you are exagerating when you are calling him a 'power forward' he is 6 feet tall..not 6'5'.
