Officially the 2nd half of the season began a couple weeks ago, but I guess most people see the All-Star game as a sign as well. Now this year's a little different; the Olympics will stunt the rest of the season, but I like our chances of getting into the playoffs.
Maybe the biggest thing going for us is we have no Olympians. We are going to have a very well rested, and focused team down the stretch. Theo and Ribs should be on a high from the All-Star experience, and the rest of the team seems to be really clicking right now.
It looks as though Gilmour has really taken charge of this team, it feels like an early 90's flashback watching him with the Leafs.
I for one am very optimistic about our chances the rest of the way, and the best may be yet to come with Audi, and possibly Saku coming back for the playoff drive. I wouldn't expect Koivu to make a huge splash, but Audi should pick-up where he left off.
We've got good young talent on the roster, even better talent brewing in the system and a solid group of vets to lead the way, things are looking up in Habsland.
GO HABS GO!

I am confident we will be there. The Rangers will collapse in the 2nd half. They are too fragile.
