They are leading 1-0 over the Rangers with about 5 minutes to go.Lecavalier has the goal,it was a beauty.GO BOLTS!(mostly because I have Khabibulin on my fantasy team ) Also, the Big E left this game with a MCL sprain.

Game over....1-0 Bolts the final. Thanks TB.
I really don't think the Rangers will make the playoffs.Too many question marks.Poor defence and some games they seem to have absolutely no offence.

Hooray for Khabi! Ê22 shots by NY in the 3rd, 0 goals. As Marc says, Lindros injured his knee. ÊEarly reports are day to day, so must not be too serious.

Interesting point about the Rangers MPL. Richter's GAA average is near the bottom although his Save % is better, although not great, at .911. For comparison's sake, Theo's at .926 and Hasek at .912. Blackbun's GAA is even worse, jives with what you've been saying about the Ranger's defence, and his Save % is in the bottom half at.904.
So add shaky goaltending to what you've said about their defence and inconsistent scoring, plus if Lindros is out for any extended period, they could well go into a dive. Fleury was moved to Nedved's line apparently with some success but it may not be enough. Them's the kind of breaks our team needs.

Hum, not to be critical here, but couldn't you have waited just a few (13, judging by the time on your posts) before posting this, and saved 2 posts ? I just don't see the point in posting repeated updates on games, especially on this site which is excellent but loads slowly, so I want the posts I read to be worth the wait...

Don't forget, they have their key players all going to Salt Lake.Lindros,Fleury,Leetch,York,Richter,Malakhov,etc.
