Looks like we have another team to contend with the Penguins fired off there 7th straight win to get back in the hunt I love Mario but not at the expense of the Habs this thing is going to be exciting.Hopefully the Rangers and Islanders will cool off again. Now only if the Habs could reel of a big streak. Yea, it caught my attention too when I heard 7 in a row and there they are, one point back with a games in hand. I don't think there's any way of getting around it, the Habs are one of a pack of five fighting for the one and last playoff spot.
I thought the Rangers might be about ready to slide down but they seem to have recovered a bit over the last few games. THe onething about the Rangers is that they've played a game more than the Habs.
It will be a wild ride. An encouraging sign are the 3 points from the Sens and Sharks. If they can only tie, at least, against the Bruins before the All Star break that will give them a big boost. I think that it's important for them to get on a run as right off the bat they have 4 big, big games leading up to the Olympics- two "4" point games with the Devils and Pens, a game against Toronto who haven't won in 7, beat 'em while they're down, and the Wings. They need to win those "4 pointers" and get at least a tie with the Leafs in a road games.

I am not convinced about this, but I think Pitt has won 6 in arrow(against CGY,EDM,PHI,TB,NYI and ATL) and not 7 in arrow.Either way,Mario is the difference for them.He can make players like Morozov look like stars(and oh by the way,I still think Morozov would have been a good pick up for the Habs last year... ;D) and when Hedberg makes the big saves, they are very tough to beat.
As for the Leafs, always great seeing them struggle 8).
