With N.J. continuing to struggle (they blew a 2 goal lead today and had to settle for a tie) and the Rangers and Islanders losing more, now is the time for the Habs to pick up some points. I think they have to win against T.B. and Florida just to maintain their position since the games against Washington and Ottawa will be tough. A loss to either could meana disastrous roadtrip not to mention they would drop in the standings.

Its a little early to be calling tonight's game a "must win", but we've blown enough easy games already, we can't afford to blow too many more. Win the games you have to, and scrape by in the others, that's what I say.

BC's right...
There's no such thing as a "must-win" game anymore because, quite frankly, we've dug ourselves a nice grave - so now every game is a "must-win".
Tampa Bay and Florida should be four easy points. And maybe whil they're down there we can pick up Lecav, and Iron Mike can teach Therrien how to coach (right now, any help is appriciated)
Just my thoughts...

No team is an easy team to beat these days, every point counts. I know it's a cliche but it's true. We are a 500 team and we can't afford to lose any points.I think our team is playing hard each night and I believe the points will come. I'm going to make a prediction of back to back shutouts for Theo tonight, and I feel a winnning streak about to happen.

I posted the exact same sentiment earlier, after the Florida swing we have the following games until the Olyimpic break Wash(R)OTT(H)SanJose(H)Bos(H)NewJersey(R)Pitt(H) Tor(R)Det(H). Not exactly an easy time must wins I say yes though as the new guy posted its playoff time now. The sched gets better in March so it would be nice to stay close. March Sked Car(3) Fla(2)TBay(2)Atl, Pitt, Nash,NYR,Tor,Dal,Buff,Bos HFTO
