A friend of mine is asking me how many Cups did the "City" of Montreal win?

I know the Canadiens won 24, but with the rest of the Montreal teams, like the Maroons, I thought it was somewhere around 32, but I can't find any facts to back it up.

I know I've seen it here some place but I did a search and came up with nothing.

Anyone here know? Any help would be appreciated.
