Changes you like to see right NOW: (BC, try to keep yours down to 589 pages) Now - after the Kovalev deal - I'd like to see Montreal pick up some grit for the first two lines or, short of that, another leader-type player. An upgrade on defence isn't a bad idea either.
Future Changes: A continued development of youth to the point that we're considered one of the (if not THE) top team in terms of in-house development. To that end, I think we need to get rid of a higher priced and older talent on the team that's served us well, but is in need of turnover.
Hope and Dream: I want the Habs to become like Jersey, perennially competitive yet intelligent financially and home-grown as much as possible. I want the team concept to be based on energy play and teamwork, and I'd like to see a strong counter-attack scheme stemming from solid defence.

Changes you like to see right NOW: NHL call the rule book as it is written. And more hockey clinics for kids to learn how to give and receive checks, and thereby keep the sticks down when they reach junior.
Future Changes: I would like to see the Habs pick up a power forward who is effective. And let me be commisioner for just one day.
Hope and Dream: Expos win world series, Cowboys win Superbowl, and Habs win Stanley Cup in the same year. Ahhhhhhh the bragging rights would last forever!!

Changes you like to see right NOW: A solid two way centre to back up Koivu. Play the kids. A rugged two way defenseman who scares the he** out of the opposition. Robinson signed as an assistant to coach the defensemen.
Future Changes: A continued emphasis on development of young players within the organization. An talent upgrade of the existing defense.
Hope and Dream: Stability and competence in the front office (already there I think). A sound system of play where each player understands his role. Cup in 2009.
