TSN talking a lot about the recent bonus-laden contracts. Bonus money is not affected by work stoppages. If there's a work stoppage before the end of the contract, these players will still get paid big sums on July 1 regardless.

Lucy basically saying that after 'the trade' he thought seriously about playing with all the BC boys in Montreal, but playing with McDavid and Chia. In other words, if Subban was still there he couldn't. Wouldn't it be funny if last week Lucic told Bergevin that he wouldn't play with Subban so they traded PK thinking they could get both Weber and Lucic? |

Teams were dropping out of running as day went on. It's a huge sum of money for a one dimensional player. He brings less offense than Prust imo. He leads the league in hitting. He will support some of the smaller and younger skill guys. |
