Presumable the Ducks have been waiting for us in Mtl while we are still trying to getup of the penalty box in Ottawa.
Not that Ducks will catch us except through injury to Suze or Cole, but this is a 4 point game for Bedard.

Anaheim are so bad right now. Pro-tank fans should brace for what should be a win tonight. The schedule gets ugly after this though. Fear not, the Habs should regress to the mean based on what we have seen so far.
The only hope that the Ducks have is that the curse continues as the Habs are wearing those blasted powder blue reverse retros tonight. 0-2 and outscored 9-3 in those PR beauties.

It should be interesting. Anaheim is not only sparsely talented. They just look so rudderless and easy to play against. A loss to the Ducks would not be a good look, but even the worst teams win a few games here and there.
The boys have played with good spirit this season. However, there are trends that could be related not only to youth but perhaps also lack of attention to detail -- slow starts, being heavily penalized, persistently terrible power play. I am sure St. Louis is well aware that teams with a narrow margin for success cannot tread water for long with those trends.

They can't even make a clean pass ... players wide open and missing them, players open on the wing and hanging onto it too long to pass, I can't watch this. But that's a good thing, cause when I don't watch the6 usually get back into the game

I thought it would be hard to play worse than the second period last night Ottawa. Well, this may just ascend to the podium of awfulness. The boys are passing the puck like a beer league outfit. And, to imagine, the Lightning are coming to town on Saturday.

Caufield is obviously the man there with the tying goal. But kudos to Harris and Kovacevic. They showed awareness and moxie in the offensive zone moving their feet and keeping passing lanes open.
