That is a pretty bad lineup in general and brutal at the centre position I say we have 3 NHL calibre players in this lineup

That is a pretty bad lineup in general and brutal at the centre position I say we have 3 NHL calibre players in this lineup Suzuki, Anderson and Ylonen? I'm only half joking. That 3rd guy could be one of 3, but all are on the fence. I'm not including Hoffman, Drouin so door #1 is Gurianov and Door #2 is H-P Sauce and then Ylonen who might be slightly ahead of the other 2.

I was thinking Gurianov since if we had a full lineup ylo would be in laval

Gurianov has scored goals, but the rest of his game hasn't been that great. Ylonen has been very steady...chipping in the occasional goal, but being a steadying influence defensively. He's a guy who pays attention to positioning, which isn't all that noticeable. Especially compared to the quick release heavy shot that Gurianov has.
If MSL can round out Gurianov's game, it would be quite the win.

Ylönen is sick and is not at practice.
Dach and Gally back in regular practice today. I guess this also means that Richard’s emergency call up is over and he should go back to Laval soon.

Drouin at centre? Has someone been talking to Bergevin?

Drouin at centre? Has someone been talking to Bergevin? We need Drouin!! He is our only hope of getting Bedard.

That was an impressive first period. The Habs played good hockey for the home crowd. The Lightning have not got the forecheck or their possession game going thus far. It is nice to see Dach back in the lineup.

Hoffman and Gallagher on a two on one . What do I always say to do on a two on one? What did Hoffman not do? And yet again another MTL two on one that results with not even a shot on net

And then Gallagher goes in on a three on one. Now his pass options were cut off because neither decided to fall back to create space. So Gallagher rightfully shoots AND misses the net from inside the hash .. 🙄

How in hell is that not a penalty??
That should be an automatic goal .

Because NHL Refs...
Tanknation not happy about the win but at least the Panthers lost

That is absurd. NHL officiating never ceases to amaze. Is there conceivably a more obvious hold-hook-hold penalty than that one? And on an empty net breakaway no less...When they grade the refs, how would the ref right in front of the play respond to a query from the evaluators in the league office about the frick he was thinking?
Tampa looks vulnerable this season. God help us all, but the Leafs may survive their first round encounter.

They have lost 3 of their last 5. They gave up 52 shots on Saturday & were spanked tonight displaying a troubling amount of turnovers.

Looked like a broken leg to me. His skate hit the post and he leg buckled in a way that legs should not buckle. If it's not broken, then he definitely has MCL/ACL issues
