That playoff series against Vegas was just a beauty.
And the boys played really well against the Knights 2-3 weeks ago, so I am sure Cassidy will have them ready to go, particularly since they got punked in their last game.
St. Louis desperately needs more sources of offensive production to emerge for the Habs to maintain contact with the pack of teams trying to stay in the hunt for the post-season.

There are too many guys on this team in top 6 roles that are contributing zero offense.
Ie: Anderson, Harvey-Pinard & Slafkovsky. 16 games in and they have 1 goal between them. On most teams these guys would be sitting.

Caufield passed the puck to Slafkovskÿ 5 times for a one timer, all 5 times he hit that top blocker hole under the bar. That boy needs to blast it more |

Just when i throw in the towel...i have to get into the dumpster to recover it.
We need defensive structure to be more consistent and of course, all hands on deck.

In mid 80s in Greece i rented a car to drive from the airport to my town. On the way I saw a family actually dumpster diving and it hit me like a bat. They were looking for food were there was packs of rats the night before. I didn't stop to help with what would be pocket lint money for me...and i have never forgotten or forgiven myself. Back to hockey...which I'm not seeing. |
