Habs recall both Tuch and Condotta from Laval for the game. Going with some grit on the fourth. No top line tonight. Oddly, they all get the night off.

I'm looking forward to X-Mailman combo. They played well together last season in the AHL. They got the nickname...two headed beast.
I preffer much more benign names like The Crippling Duo...Kill Zone Bros...XMangle...or...XMail
I'll settle for XMail...
BTW...they have no choice but to put XMail as the first PP unit. Let's hope for at least 3 goals from them just to teach Marty a lesson about wearing blinders.

I tuned in just to see Dach head off the ice...with about 4:00 to go. Didn't see the replay...but Pezetta tried to goad Greig into a fight...so it must've been construed a cheap shot. EDIT: Just heard the announcer say, "Dach is okay." |

You have to wonder
A) why are Habs star players always targeted
B) why are Habs players so easily injured
C) why don't Habs target other teams stars, but always what payback by a fight or hit on a plug player
