Nothing about that here, www.metallurg.ru/base/playerinfo.php?idplayer=3754No points for Korneev in todays game, Perezhogin and Yemelin didn't play and there's no box score for Grabovski's game yet.

So much time has passed since Buturlin and Tarasov lost interest in the Habs that we could consider them alumni rather than prospects.

So much time has passed since Buturlin and Tarasov lost interest in the Habs that we could consider them alumni rather than prospects. true, but I always check how they are doing and don't mind posting it. and Buturlin is the same age as Hainsey, Hossa or Danis so there is still hope for him. well, maybe... from Hockey's future article: Top 40 prospects in Finland 18. Oskari Korpikari, D (MTL) Progress: On track Stay-at-home defensemen can go far before being noticed. Korpikari crept far enough to make an SM-Liiga appearance out of the blue as U19 and continued on the same path from that moment on. He doesn't make any compromises in his ability to defend the net, and that kind of game gives him the chance to become an NHL regular one day. An unspectacular late bloomer can still find his hockey sense difficult to improve. 29. Joni Puurula, G (MTL) Progress: Needs work When Puurula's Cinderella run in 2002 ended with a few soft goals, he was labeled as a goalie who couldn’t perform in clutch situations. That label sticks so hard that many simply ignored the career season he had in 2003-04. His potential is limited by his talent level at his age of 22 and smallish stature, but not as much as one would think. What his possible NHL career needs is for him to gauge his ability in the AHL. However, that wouldn't be a good career move at this point. R.

Superleague round 2:
Tarasov - 21 saves in a 3-2 win over Metallurg Magnitogorsk Buturlin - 1 goal in a 4-2 win over Spartak; Grabovski - no pts in a 3-2 loss to Avangard; Korneev - 1 assist in a 2-1 win over Khimik Yemelin and Perezhogin (probably because of the trip to Hamilton) didn't play

Korneev seems to be getting a point here and there, unlike last year when he was pointless much of the time. Natural progress and more ice time, no doubt.

Korneev seems to be getting a point here and there, unlike last year when he was pointless much of the time. Natural progress and more ice time, no doubt. It's only been 2 games into the season though. AK Bars was loaded with quality defensemen last year (half the defense of the Senior National team was from AK Bars) They use 4 D pairings, and Korneev played on the 4th pairing so he saw little ice time. Thanks to one great poster here I got to see him play 3 times last year or AK Bars/Senior National Team. But this year they lost one of their better defensemen to CSKA (Sabers prospect) so perhaps that will be a chance for Korneev to get more ice time. Edit: My bad, I just checked todays scores and Korneev added another assist, and now has 2 in 3 games.

Superleague round 3: Tarasov - in goal in 3-1 win over Avangard (no Perezhogin) Korneev - as montreal said, 1 assist in a 3-6 loss to Severstal Grabovski - no pts in a 5-1 win over SKA Lada plays later today R. Yemelin didn't dress. The High league starts next week, so I'll be looking to see if he ends up back there since Lada is using two leaf prospects already, so there might not be a spot for him as he only turned 18 right before the draft.

I tried to find a link to Lada's junior team on their website but couldn't find it. he is still listed on the senior team roster. OTOH, he might be loaned to another team that competes in High league, as you suggested. we'll see...
