Sure hope Colin White can take PA Pageau's place in Ottawa. I hate that little SOB. White is going to Boston College... it should be 4 years before he's in the AHL.

Watch Ottawa go for a forward ... Paul Bittner or Brock Boeser ... going for a swedish d-man or not. Bryan Murray is building a winner in Ottawa, man ... Tomas Chabot is compared to Nathan Beaulieu ... and now he has a player who plays an Ottawa-style of game ... Colin White is tough and talented and he'll fit in nicely ... Cheers.

going for a swedish d-man or not. ... Colin White is tough and talented and he'll fit in nicely ... Cheers. If he can find his way to the rink. PS I'm being too harsh, but that was a brutal interview and I didn't see any sign that he might have an original thought.

It's clear who the kids are that are natural talkers - Scherbak, guys who took public speaking courses, and then White. A lot of agents get their players in classes learning to do that. Poor kid braincramped his whole way through. There goes Boeser.

They take Konecny with the pick.

Konecny's stats didn't improve much from 2 years ago to last year. Pretty well the same numbers. 68 points. Lots of heart in this kid and a real leader, so maybe the points aren't as important.

Sportsnet talking about the first half struggles that were linked to a change in position. He's had 2 concussions. He apparently lit it up from the prospects game onward.

If I felt good during the interviews, I'd pick Sprong. They need goals and offense.

A defenseman? Bergevin , did you not watch the last three month of the season? I'm ho-hum with the pick. He was likely their BPA. Berg and MT like character, and if they felt Sprong didn't have it ...
