Ugly performance by the Flyers. And as a side note, though consistent with the ugly theme, if I wore the blazer, shirt, and tie combination that Vigneault sported tonight I think my wife would be more than horrified. Maybe Vigneault wanted to look more Gritty... |

Jeje, Bettman is being silly. How could Chayka and his scouts' decision to test those kids not involve intentionality? It happened by accident?
Knowing the laughable franchise that it is, Arizona was probably most relieved that no fine was issued. Though, in reality, the draft pick forfeiture was plenty more than a slap on the wrist.
I think the second rounder the Coyotes just lost would have been #49, so it does not help Montreal's own pick or Chicago's. But all the other Montreal picks in the draft jump one spot.

Flyers had a 3-0 lead after the 1st but have blown it. Pageau ties it with just over 2 minutes left in the 3rd. Going to OT, due to start in a few minutes.

Flyers win 4-3 in OT. A Myers point shots spotters along the ice and hits a skate.
I know they won the round robin but compared to the rest of the East, I don't find them impressive.

And comeback to beat Dallas 6-4. Kadri with the winner. MacKinnon with a club record. He now has points in 11 straight playoff games. Quite impressive when you think that guys like Sakic & Forsberg wore that uniform.
I'm amazed how quickly that guy can get up to speed in a small space. I can't recall anybody recently with such a quick burst of speed.

when you add that to the stupid comments he made about Gallagher, he just comes across as a clueless dolt.
I didn't quite get the praise the Flyers were getting after the round robin. IMO, Boston and Tampa are superior teams. I hope the Isles can finish them off quickly so Vigneault can leave the bubble & find out what is going on in the real world.
