I hear you boys, that would be brutal. Why would actual Montreal fans want to take a bad contract off Tampa's hands for a player that is way too similar to many other Habs' forwards and actually give Tampa a nice asset too.

Yup, stay away from both those guys. Habs need to be done helping Tampa out of a mess. They have rings to show for it, and we have better hot dogs that nobody can access. Someone on twitter was suggesting Johnson for a 2nd. I'm suggesting taking Johnson and a second for a bag of pucks. we have enough small guys...

I totally agree, except I want Suzuki and KK playing big minutes at center. Would you put Johnson at RW?

With Predators buying out Turris and another guy, trading Bonino away, not resigning Smith and Granlund, you think they are going after Hall?

Taylor Hall never scored 50 goals, never scored 40 goals, once scored in the 30’s, once scored in the 20’s and his production is steadily dropping the last 3 years. Not the guy I’m after.

Nashville is not looking much like a contender anymore, but if they make a hard push for Hall maybe they could land him.
I would love a healthy, motivated Taylor Hall for 3 years/$27 million or maybe even something approaching $10 million per. His productivity has not always been off the charts because of injuries and mediocre players all around him over the years. However, as his Hart season illustrated, he is an elite talent, vastly superior to anyone presently patrolling the left wing on the Habs. I would not hesitate to dump Byron and Tatar or Drouin for three years of Hall in his prime.

Was given an example but can't recall it now. The talent is there for sure, but this little attitude thing keeps popping up. Chiarelli may have been right to trade Hall, but was an idiot to only get Larsson in return.

TSN has three Travis Dermott stories at the start of its page. Three?? Travis Dermott?? Funny dudes, those TSN peeps. I guess they ran out of stuff to talk about on Thornton. Yawn.

A soon to be 24 year old with about 2 years experience making barely above the league minimum. Only three stories? C'mon TSN. Get the Leafs type machine in gear.

Pierre Maguire had quite the statement on TSN Mornings the other day. He said something has to kick in or ownership of Canes reverts back to Karmanos.

Seen on Bruce Garrioch's twitter, Sens made Pierre McGuire VP of Player Development. I was waiting for Melnyk to mess up Ottawa young prospects they have coming
