So now they are relying on a career minor leaguer like Dea for an opinion on Eichel. Please.
This team has been ineptly owned and managed for at least a decade. Four worst overall finishes in the last 8 years, out of the playoffs 10 years in a row and Granato is their 6th coach since Ruff left in 2013. They are a gong show and it's not Eichel's fault.
Eichel is as good as gone, Ristolinen and Reinhart have been dealt so all Sabres fans have to look forward to is more seasons of ineptitude.

Suzuki is not getting less than Hischier. Depends. If he isn't on the #1PP and loses some PK time and his overall ice time drops to 16 minutes a night, the point totals may come down and then he'll have to prove himself all over again, right? I'm not saying that's going to happen, but it's possible. I've seen this before.... But they didn;t draft Suzuki so chances are it wont happen that way

U.S. is catching up.
Two goals and a dime for Pacioretty. A Kraken good start.

U.S. is catching up. Two goals and a dime for Pacioretty. A Kraken good start. The winning goal in that game was total BS. Stephenson clearly kicked it. Is the league so desperate for goals that they are now adopting soccer rules?

Just some fun facts. Good luck Frolik. May you at least play more hockey than last year!

Carolina's #1 line tonight against the Islanders Kotkaniemi - Aho - Necas Brind'amour says the top 9 can shift around, mainly because there's a lot of talent throughout the top 9, so it's more a matter of finding chemistry.

For a 30 point defenseman?

For a 30 point defenseman? He's really good. It seems the price for young, puck moving dmen has gone up like real estate prices in Vancouver. It's the going rate and he'll earn it. He fills the definition of an elite defenseman, so now the Bruins need to get those centres that are required to win a Cup. Bergeron's not getting any younger.

Is the league ever going to do something about this guy? Before he took Price out I believe he had a run in with Craig Anderson in Ottawa in the same season.
It will end up with a player handing out retribution because the league won't bother. Someone needs to wipe that "who me?" Look from his face.
