Perezhogin info:
Aleksandr Perezhogin. Statistics in a season 2002-2003 (a team " Avangard Omsk ": games-15; goals-4 (1 goal in SH) assists-2; points-6; pim-6;
the Fragment from last interview: -To me in Russia to play it would be desirable to be typed(collected) experience. Though a second year I stand on draft. To tell the truth, in NHL I am not especially torn. Early still.
A fragment from other interview: - And conversations on transition from "Avangard" in " Montreal Canadiens " took place? - For this purpose time has not come yet. I prefer to play and be typed(collected) experience in Russia. And then I do not think, that in superleague so low level of hockey that I have stopped in growth.

From Montreal at Habfans:
Subject: Alex Perezhogin Update Name: montreal Views: 134 I saw that Perezhogin had a picked up 2 goals the other day, and I had posted some info on him before the game Saturday. Here are updated stats for Perezhogin.
17 games 6-3-9 10 pims. He's in the RSL, he was moved up from the 4th line to the 2nd line. He also will named to play for the Russian National Team in November, instead of playing in the U-20's which are around the same time. Sounds like he is fully recovered from last years knee injury.

Great Thread, just found it. I saw one of my threads from HF reposted on here, that was cool.
It looks like Michaud is getting better, his save % has really improved. I think Team Canada should take a look at Ferland for the WJC's, man he is on a tear. Milroy started slow last year, so who knows how many points he can get this year.
I can post the stats from the NCAA prospects, Higgins, Selig, Glenn, Shasby. And our Swedish prospects, Anger, Eneqvist, and Staal.

Ok heres the updated stats from the NCAA including last nights games.
Chris Higgins- 2-2-2-4 2.00 ppg Scott Selig- 9-1-6-7 .78 ppg Matt Shasby- 8-0-6-6 .75 ppg Ryan Glenn- 9-2-2-4 .44 ppg
Stats found at uscho.com
Johan Eneqvist 17- 1-3-4 that puts him 6th in the league in rookie scoring in the SEL. (its a low scoring league). Also Nicklaus Anger doesn't have a point yet in the Karjala Cup. I couldn't find regular season stats for Anger or Staal, but I'll ask the editor whats up and at some point, I' get an update on Finnish prospects Puurula, Vertala from the guys in Finland at HF.

Well small update, Ferland picked up a goal today, now has 17 on the season. Lambert also picked up a goal as well today.
For some reason, Thomas Linhart did not play today. Wonder what's up with him, injury? or not playing good?

I got update stats for Oliver Michaud.
Games mins. avg W L T en so ga sa sv% 19 1042.42 3.22 4-10-3 0 1 56 529 .894
His stats have been improving, and at the right time, with the WJC's next month. I really hope he makes Team Canada and hopefully he starts, but I don't know if he will or not. His save % (the number I think is the best stat to guage a goalies perforamce). His .894 is much better then the .830's or so where he was early on.

Updated stats from Finland. I talked to someone over there about Habs goalie prospect Joni Puurula.
18 games 8-4-6 2.65 gaa 90.02 save % 0 SO's.
His words were short. He said Puurula has been good. Good but not spectular. He also said not to worry about him, as I was saying I was worried cause he got shelled the other night.

I got some prospect updates. Eric Himelfarb picked up 5 pts yesterday. (1-4-5). Ferland got a point, now has 36 pts this year (leads all Hab prospects). Higgins was shutout tonight. I got some info on our Swedish prospects, as I have talked with the editor of eliteprospects.com He said that Eneqvist is playing well, but on the 4th line, so the rookie isn't getting a lot of ice time (he's still in the top 10 in rookie scoring) and I asked him if he thought Eneqvist is anything like Dackell (who I have heard him compared to, but with an edge and more offence) he said Eneqvist could be like Dackell not that far fetched. But that he is 2-3 years away, as next year he could be on the 2nd or 3rd line. He also said the Niklaus Anger (who leads his team in scoring) isn't much of a prospect (he's 25 years old) as he is mostly offence, and doesn't work that hard or play phyiscal. He said he hopes that Anger does try out with the Habs, but neither of us have heard of that as a possibility. I had read on article over the summer, where Anger said he is just now learning that it takes hard work as well as offence to be a good hockey player and that he shold be ashamed that he didn't learn this sooner (on kidding ) And lastly, Habs prospect Kim Staal has recoverd from injury and is now back playing with MoDo. Now I have heard before that Staal may come over, as he is considered one of the top players from Denmark (or so someone from Denmark told me) as he works hard, is very gritty, and will take abuse in front of the net. He also has some offence ability as well, and I think he would do better in North America then Anger. Sounds like a player we need, plus we will need bodies for Hamilton next season.

M-A-Thinel was sent down to the ECHL yesterday. Lexington I think is the name. So only Landry Chouinard and Descoteaux are in Utah now. Descoteaux is rotating as a 6th or 7th defencemen, and sits every 3 games or so. Chouinard, is playing well in his limited time, according to a fan of Utah's that has season tickets. Landry has been one of their best players, and the coach Don Hay really wanted to get Landry, and it could have been a gesture to send him there, again according to the same fan. He runs a website for the team, I'll post it later, or if your at HF, it's on the Habs site under "Thinel sent to ECHL" thread.
