You're not seriously getting on my case about staying on topic are you? Come back up to the 4th floor and we'll discuss it like two reasonable adults... LOL ;D

you don't like Josh, you like MAB, and you consider yourself reasonable? And be honest: the reason you don't like Gorges is because he was unkind to Cammy: "I don't know who started it, but I remember I called him ugly and he got pretty upset, so he called me fat." -- Montreal Canadiens defenceman Josh Gorges, trying to describe a practice skirmish with teammate Mike Cammalleri. you don't like Josh, you like MAB, and you consider yourself reasonable? Well, at least Marc-André's super cute and has hair And he tries really hard to be good, so that's another point in his favour Josh... broody... I never see him smile... no hair... convince me, people, I am open to new things! Case in point: look how Hal Gill went from "friggin' Hal Gill" [it's actually a stronger word than that, but I'm keeping it clean] to WHBB ;D Edit to add:And be honest: the reason you don't like Gorges is because he was unkind to Cammy: "I don't know who started it, but I remember I called him ugly and he got pretty upset, so he called me fat."No, I didn't go off Josh until December 2 [in the post-game thread, where I was forced to watch him play as the camera just would not go somewhere else] and the Cammy incident was back on November 27... ;D I do believe we had all gotten over the incident by then.

Since I'm sure everyone would like to move onto the next question, here's a hint: What do O'Byrne and WHBB [Gill] have in common? Asides from having more hair than Gorges? Think, people, think

[state obvious] the three of them are defensemen [/state obvious] So you are saying it is either Mara, Spacek or Hamrlik ... since BAM-BAM played forward on Friday. I can't think of any reason why this game would be extra special to them, to warrant getting the game puck, unless they just took it at the horn ... I did see a d-man pick it up at the horn. I just checked the highlights on nhl.com ....and #47 picked the puck up at the horn ... so BAM-BAM?

See, you were so close last night, but you had to say Price. I'm shocked it took you this long to get back on track Of course it was Marc-André Bergeron. There was a clip on RDS, in which they asked him about the puck, he brought it out and said he would give it to his son. I have no other tidbits about Marc-André at this time, besides the fact that he is cute

Trivia question: Who reported to training camp with only a toothbrush and a handkerchief?
I'm on my way home now, so if you think you have the answer and I don't get back to you for a couple of hours, do not despair. Hints, if needed, will be posted after tonight's game.

Trivia question: Who reported to training camp with only a toothbrush and a handkerchief? Sergei - Hamilton. Handkerchief is a hint, as in, who, nowadays, still might use a handkerchief? And the train reference... back when train travel was very common. Therefore, not Sergei. And he travels by bus, n'est-ce pas?

I'm going to make a total guess ....
... Dickie Moore when he was asked to unretire and played for Toronto in 64-65. I know this caught him totally by surprise. (Or when he unretired again to play for St Louis?)

I have one for you Val .... Mike Cammalleri's hat-trick was the 13th time a player has scored 2 hat-tricks in a single season since the last time we had a player score 3 hat-tricks in one season. Who was the last player to score 3 hat-tricks in one season? No googling ..

Savage? I know he scored at least two in a season.
Prior to that, maybe Richer? Naslund would be my final guess for this question.

Who was the last player to score 3 hat-tricks in one season? No googling .. How the heck am I supposed to know that without looking it up? I would have guessed Stéphane Richer as well, but I see that that is not the answer... I don't know. I need to look it up
